Some amendments to sections and plans

I wanted to show the storage area slightly more clearly and have detailed some areas a little better...

I fixed up some of the lineweights as well as re-design some of the furniture layout and added in the structural columns that would be inside the cladding...

I thought I should update my Summary Panel as well to create a more clear understanding of the project.

Exploring the context further

These are just a few renders which help to show the context within Parliament House a little more clearly...

I also added the lower level into a plan of parliament house to show the access points. The base of my information centre alings with the first floor of parliament house and is accessed through the existing walkways as indicated on the plan and can be seen in the renders above.

Post Presentation

The presentations were yesterday and I was able to receive some feedback. While the ideas behind my design were well received, some of my presentation areas could use some work. It was noted that my plans were not detailed enough and some of the layout seemd a bit simple. I agree with this and would of liked to have done more but did what I had time for... I now want to use this extra time to detail up my plans a bit more and improve the layout from the suggestions in yesterday's presentation. Perhaps incorporating some of the modular furniture I researched earlier could also benefit as well as exploring my underground storage system in more depth. I also want to show a couple of plans in the overall context on my blog as this was something that I could have included more on my panels to describe the exact positioning as my canopy hid this in my site plan.

Modular furniture design..

I would like everything within my spaces to be as flexible as possible and with today's inventions and technologies that is highly possible.. check out this furniture than can be used in multiple ways!
